How long does it take for home delivery?
We use Post.nl mail to send most of our EU orders. We need 2 days for the Printing and 2-5 business days for delivery. If you haven't received your package till then, please contact us at rufusswiss@gmail.com to investigate the matter.
What courier do you use for deliveries?
We use Post.nl for the most of our EE deliveries. You can check more at www.post.nl
Is shipping free in some cases?
Yes, we offer Free Shipping for sales over 160,-, within EU.
I haven’t received a dispatch email/email confirmation?
Please be aware an automated email is sent to you to the given email address when your order is dispatched. Please check all folders including you junk as it will come from a no-reply email address. If you still haven't receive it, please free to contact us at rufusswiss@gmail.com
Can I have more info about Refocus and the 5% offer to the organization?
5% of each sale goes to ReFOCUS Media Lab. A nonprofit organization providing impacted communities with access to the tools and training necessary to develop media skills and secure employment .Refocus has labs in Lesvos Island , Athens and Krakow (in response to the war in Ukraine to educate Ukrainian refugees) Upcoming workshops will also be hosted on location in Amsterdam, Berlin and Philadelphia. Can I collect from a local store?
Unfortunately not. We do not have a physical store. Please free to contact us at rufusswiss@gmail.com to see if we can work a personal delivery.
Do you accept returns?
Every poster is printed on demand just for you, and it is signed by the photographer himself, Panos Chasapis. Because it is personalised for each and one of you, we kindly do not accept requests without a given reason. If the print is not good conditions, we have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging and with photos of the problem. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Can you confirm you have received my return?
We aim to process returns within 5-7 working days of receiving them. You will be notified by email once the return is complete. We suggest you make a note of the shipping reference given when you sent the item back. This will allow you to track your parcel at every stage of delivery, including when we receive it. Should you have any queries about your return, please feel free to contact our Customer Service team via email at rufusswiss@gmail.com.
How long will it be before I get a refund?
Once we receive your item(s) back, our returns department will inspect and restock the goods. Once our returns department have done this, an automated refund is generated on our system. Your outstanding refund is then processed by our accounts department back to your original payment method. This process typically takes 5-7 working days. When returning your products please remember to include your original invoice, without this it may delay your refund.
Who pays for return postage?
If you are returning an unsuitable item for a refund we will refund the cost of the item only and not the original delivery cost. Should you be returning a faulty item for a refund we will refund both the original shipping costs and the return delivery costs.

What quality of paper do you use?
We are printing our projects at the best printing houses in the Netherlands. We are giving you various choices of sizes and we print on a fine and ecological velvet paper 170 gr. ♡ MC (Machine Coated) Matt is a type of paper that is provided with a matte coating. The paper is smooth and matt and FSC certified.
